La machine utilise tout le lait qui se trouve dans le pot et s'arrête quand celui-ci est vide.
Pour une mousse de lait optimale, utilisez du lait de vache écrémé ou demi-écrémé réfrigéré
(env. 4°C).
Pour vos préparations vous pouvez utiliser des boissons à base de soja, d'amandes ou
d'avoine. Dans ce cas il est nécessaire de nettoyer le système Rapid Cappuccino au lave-
vaisselle après chaque utilisation.
ATTENTION :
Les boissons végétales contiennent des allergènes (gluten, amandes, soja) et
doivent être manipulées avec soin par les personnes qui souffrent d'allergies alimentaires. Le
volume de la mousse dépend du type de boisson utilisée et de sa température.
Remplissez le pot à lait jusqu'à l’un des 4 indicateurs de niveau (voir schéma).
Remettez le couvercle et raccordez le système Rapid Cappuccino à la machine.
Soulevez complètement
le levier et insérez la
capsule. Abaissez le
levier.
Les voyants clignotent (d'abord lait puis café)
pendant 15 secondes puis la préparation
commence.
Placez sous la sortie café
une tasse adaptée à la
quantité de lait introduite et
réglez la hauteur du bec de
sortie du lait en fonction de
la taille de la tasse.
Appuyer sur la touche lait.
(ne dépassez pas le niveau MAX)

Fill the milk container up to one of the 4 levels indicators (see figure).
Place the lid and connect the Rapid Cappuccino System to the machine.

The preparation starts after approximately 15
seconds blinking lights (first milk and then
coffee).
Press the milk button.
Place a cup adapted to the
quantity of milk you poured
under the coffee outlet and
adjust milk spout position by
lifting it up to the right level.
Lift the lever completely
and insert the capsule.
Close the lever.
The machine will use all milk quantity in the milk jug and will stop automatically when empty.
For a perfect milk froth, use skimmed or semi-skimmed cow milk at refrigerator temperature
(about 4° C).
You can use soy, almond or oat drink for your preparations. In such case, it is required to
clean the Rapid Cappuccino System after each use in the dishwasher.
WARNING:
Plant-based beverages contain allergens (gluten, almond, soy) and should be
handled carefully by persons suffering from food allergies. The volume of froth depends on
the nature of the beverage used, and its temperature.
